Our contract shows our guarantees. Yes, there are several health & temperament guarantees when you purchase a miniature Dachshund from NUFOREST.

1. You have 14 days after you get the Dachshund puppy to take it to your vet to be certain all is fine.  If there is a problem, or if you simply don't like the puppy, you may return it to us and your purchase price will be refunded or we'll replace the pup with another (your decision as to which option you accept). 
2. If there is any health defect discovered during the first year we will replace the Dachshund with another. 
3. If the Dachshund is ever paralyzed by IVDD (back) during it's entire life we will refund your purchase price. 

We do ask that the buyer use NUFOREST in the registered name, that the buyer use NUVET Vitamins throughout the Dachshund's life, that it be fed a quality food (no store-brand/white label) and that the owner purchase Pet Insurance from DVM/VPI. 

If a Nuforest Dachshund is to be shown, we will refund $500 when it finishes it's AKC Championship. The buyer must also agree that if anytime they cannot keep the Dachshund that it will be returned to NUFOREST. 
All of this in in our contract. If you have a fax machine, zap me back the number and we will fax you a copy of the contract.
